Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis
What You’ll Get to Do:
Planning and Analysis
Manage the budgeting, business plan and
forecasting processes for multiple and diverse lines of business
Ensure accurate and timely electronic
reporting in support of PNA planning process
Participate in the development of company
planning procedures and KPI’s
Work closely with affiliate companies to
ensure efficient flow of planning information and drivers.
Support establishment of financial and
strategic business targets which meet the goals of multiple organizations.
Coordinate with operational leads to ensure
linkage between ongoing operational activities and planning activities.
Develop and maintain appropriate modelling
tools and resources.
Participate in resolving problems and improve
processes across organizational lines.
Lead company representative to PNA on
financial planning matters.
Automate data submission processes
Automate linkages to SAP base financial
results and variances
Ensures knowledge of and full compliance with
company policies, governance practices, internal controls, and
Establish relations with other internal
organizations to ensure accurate compliance with policies and procedures.
What You’ll Bring:
BS/BA Degree in Finance or BS/BA with a
concentration in Finance or Accounting.
Minimum 8 years of diversified financial planning,
budgeting and reporting experience with at least 4 years as a FP&A
Experience in the renewable energy industry a
Able to manage financial planning and related
managerial processes in coordination with various levels of operational
and PNA headquarters management
Able to present information and other analysis
and have the knowledge to answer related questions.
Coordinate with relevant PNA departments to
ensure good communication of data and operational activities
Help operational managers achieve financial
Advanced computer literacy in general ledger
software, spreadsheets, word processing and related systems including SAP
Considerable analytical abilities that enable
the analysis of complex financial issues.
Ability to develop new methods and models for
compiling and analyzing business plans, projects and KPI’s.
Able to determine innovative ways to analyze
business performance including new KPI’s
