Associate Wind Site Manager: Oversees a team performing Operations and Maintenance activities for a wind energy site. This is an entry-level site management position. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in related field or 3 yrs experience  + duties experience

Resource Modeling Analyst: Responsible for running sophisticated wind flow, statistical and GIS models to produce long-term wind energy production estimates. This position is responsible for independent production responsibilities and mult-tasking across a range of diverse customer projects. A Master's Degree in Meteorology, Climatology, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, (Wind) Engineering, or Operations Research and 3-5 years of experience is required and a PhD is preferred.

Assoc. Production Assurance Specialist: Entry level position in the Fleet Performance and Diagnostic Center (FPDC), which serves as the operations center of NextEra Energy Resources' wind fleet. Bachelor's Degree in related field, Associate's Degree in a related field or two (2) years relevant duties experience. Proficient in MS Office Suite; exposure to statistical tools and techniques

Wind Farm Optimization Analyst: Responsible for production tasks related to tower siting and turbine layouts. The primary goal is to unlock value by siting met towers for long-term deployment and optimizing turbine arrays to maximize energy output and efficiency. PhD/MS/BS in Flow Dynamics, Meteorology, Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Economics/Finance, or GIS related discipline. The key is a strong quantitative background; flexible on degree requirements based on relevant work experience

Associate PGD Engineer:  Entry-level position in the FPDC for NextEra Energy Resources' wind fleet. Position requires independent evaluation, selection, and application of standard techniques and procedures while using judgment when making adaptations and modifications. Bachelors Degree in Engineering; Associates Degree in a related field with 2 years of relevant experience; or 6 years of experience in a related field.
