Device Engineering Technician: Looking for bachelor’s degrees in engineering physics, chemistry, electronics or materials science.  Essential functions and responsibilities include applying basic skills and developing advanced skills using tools and equipment appropriate for the specialization, and resolving routine questions and problems.  Necessary skills include: ability to perform sample testing, semiconductor device fabrication and/or electrical or optical measurements, ability to learn the operation, calibration and preventative maintenance of lab processes, equipment and systems, and intermediate knowledge of MS Office.  Intermediate knowledge of JMP and SQL desired.

Test and Measurement Engineer: Engineer will assist with concept development, specification development, experimentation, gauge R&R and data analysis.  Duties will include project management, and support of equipment performance and reliability, including solar simulators, environmental chambers and laboratory stress and measurement equipment.  Physical requirements include 20/40 vision in both eyes, the ability to lift up to 27 pounds on a frequent basis and the ability to stand or walk short distances for up to 12 hours a day.  Intermediate MS Office skills required.

Analytical Chemist:  The person in this role is primarily responsible for conducting analyses to support raw material production, procurement, and refinement along with providing technical support to development groups.  The analytical chemist will serve as a technical resource to laboratory personnel and will become the primary analyst for non-routine materials.  They are expected to contribute to the analytical scheme for unique samples in the metallurgical laboratory.  This position will serve as the primary delegate for the Laboratory Manager, and assist in managing the flow of work throughout the laboratory..

Financial Systems Analyst:  Will conduct developmental tests, including sample fabrication and testing, compile and analyze test data from performed testing and review results with engineering personnel to improve efficiency and stability of solar modules. They may assist in troubleshooting process issues and identifying and implementing system improvements to achieve performance goals.  Analysts will have ownership within his/her functional group of a particular operational process or equipment and will train others in this area.  Requirements:  some knowledge of SQL as well as JMP or other statistical software and general electrical / electronic knowledge, basic knowledge of controls system
